escalation case

hmmmm...
haku neyh boleh d kategorikn as a fussy customer gak kot..
coz haku da biaser handled singaporean yg da rudest customer in the world...(i do agree with this) membuatkn haku pon jd fussy laa kot...
tawon lepas jer baper byk complaint case yg haku da buat..
agak2 ader laaa lam 7 or 8 case..
byg giler escalation yg haku wat kn?
nk wat camner coz as a customer,kte ader hak utk complaint on the services or product yg xbagos kn?
haku da wat 3 escalation kt bank SAHAJA.
wahahahahaah..
cam saiko jer haku raser..
maner taknyerrr..
korg bayangkan laaa..
haku p bank islam, the pfc a.k.a personal financial executives dier leh bukak sistem yg mengandungi acc information tok company's maner tah and just leave it like that and pergi masok kt kaunter,p jenjalan..
da laa ader balance & transaction info kt screen pc dier...
biorkn haku yg dok kt meja dier raser agak insecure laa..
bayangkan klu dorg biorkan acc bal haku terpampang dpn customer laen..
cuba bayangkan...
teros haku complaint kt higher management dier pasal nie..

dorg xblajo psl banking secrecy kerrr?
U CANT DEVULGING OR REVEALING ANY CUSTOMERS ACC INQUIRY OR BALANCES TO THE 3rd party ok..
when u leave ur desk, MAKE SURE u did locked ur pc...
that is one of the case..
2nd case haku ngn ambank..
dgn sales officer yg blagak nk mamP***...
ko toh bedepan ngn kastemer,jgn laa wat mcm bagos sgt...
naseb ko mmg agak kurg baek biler haku jd kastemer ko..
padan laa muka...
lepas toh haku ader complaint ngn affin bank plak...
mcm2 laa haku dok komplen...
haku yg cerewet sgt ker?
